Cash is the Lifeblood of a Company

Every business owner or manager knows that cash is the life blood of a business. Without enough cash flow a company cannot pay creditors, grow market share, keep and reward top employees or even survive as a business for very long.

For many, the solution is to borrow from the bank or load up their personal credit cards.  There are better ways to create the cash flow needed to successfully operate a business of any size.  This blog is dedicated to showing you those better ways.

For nearly 30 years I have been a CEO or President in companies that have successfully grown and profitably gained market share against much larger competition in both large and small markets.

The driving force, the fuel to profitable growth, was internally generated cash.  In this blog I will share my tips, techniques, secrets and observations on freeing up cash from your daily operations.  If you think you are squeezing all the cash out of your business, I can assure you that you are not.

I am passionate about helping companies free up cash from their operations.  This will not be theory taught in some ivy covered halls of business schools.  These are hands on, dirt under the finger tips solutions, suggestions and just plain old ways of creating cash.

Businesses run on cash. Period.  I will help show you how to do it.
